It often happens with us that despite being so much tired, we cannot sleep. The reasons are quite diverse for this issue. The inability to sleep is called insomnia in medical dictionary and there are several causes for this. The major issue can be stress which causes emotional disorders and you are not able to sleep. For example, if you are having a bad relationship or you just had a breakup with a lover, you will be stressed and hence you cannot sleep.
