  1. None of these are my problem. My laptop turns itself off and doesn’t restart, every two weeks on a Tuesday, anytime between midday and midnight or so. I have looked for the programme that is doing this, but cannot find it anywhere. It started after I did a back up to a portable hard drive about six months ago. At first it was every Tuesday, now it is every fortnight. I used a My Passport hard drive to back up to.
